The hotel was very centrally located, with great access to the Marais and very close to the Metro. A lot of the major tourist destinations are within a reasonable walk, and the hotel is close to great gay nightlife and good restaurants. The staff was overall very friendly, flexible and nice.
The hotel erroneously overcharged me for an additional room, which was provided due to them unable to honor my original booking. In addition I was charged for other sundries like bar tab that I paid for upon checkout.

The location was great, and the Hotel was clean and quiet. I love having Wi-Fi. The area is perfectly located to the Hotel de Ville, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here, again.
Price was a bit high, but it is the first week of summer, so their is lots of activity in Paris.

Deluxe room was sizeable, modern and with a good bathroom.
Maintenance could be better - bedside lights were broken and there was some water discolouration on the ceiling.

Excellent location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.
My room was much too hot, despite turning off all radiators...the aircon system is only set to heat during the winter months as is the norm in most of Europe. Opening the window is the only option and then you have to suffer the street noise!

Interior design, location & free wi-fi
We were upgraded to a larger room, but it was on the ground floor with a window right on the street so it was a bit noisy and we lacked privacy if we opened the shutters

The location was perfect for our needs. And the Hotels design is what we really liked
One desk staff seemed to be annoyed whenever you approached him with a question. but the others more than made up for his personality or lack of.

I had a lovely stay, really enjoyed the sauna and the full body massage,. The only downside was that the lighting in the bathroom could be a bit brighter.

Delicious and plentiful breakfasts at 2 prices, appreciated it. The room was good standard and newly remodelled with view and the staff was very friendly. The location in a fabulous area was unbeatable and there were shopping centres and boutiques nearby.
